New Patients
Thank you for your interest in attending Conrad Road Family Practice as a new patient. We apologise but at this point in time we are not accepting new patients to the practice, or existing patients who have not attended the practice in the last 5 years or more. We have had to make this difficult decision based on our doctors ability to provide our existing patients with the best service and care without compromise (for an already large cohort of patients). We apologise for any inconvenience caused and will endeavour to review this decision over time.
